Alice let out an "oof" as someone abruptly tackled her. A scream built in her throat, thinking one of the shooters had her. But it was the woman who had dashed into the kitchen earlier. As she was processing this, she didn't realize the woman was taking her towards the freezer. "Wait," she began to say, struggling. But, too late, the woman had her in the walk in freezer, the door shut. The cold was like a physical slap, a stabing pain. Steam rose off her skin. Alice couldn't stay in here long, not if she'd rather die by freezing. Teeth chattering, she looked out the freezer window, watching as the woman grappled with one of the men. Something about her made Alice think she wasn't a normal. She was a special, too. So intent on the fight, Alice didn't even notice Jayden. Gripping the frosty door handle, Alice made to leave. Her fire would do more good than taking away guns.

Looking down at Nashota Jimm gave her a small smile knowing he'd have to ruin a good little moment between them with the revealing of what and who he was. Finishing the last of both pizzas Jimm let her watch as his eyes flipped from white to black and a tearing sould cut through the air quieting the choas inb the room as everyone turned to look at Jimm. He choked out a pained scream as white started to sprout where tanned skin had once lay. Popping out from his shirt four inch spines traveled from his neck to his hips. Two horns sprouted from his forehead and then one from each cheek. His left forearm became completely covered in bone with a point at the end looking much like a drill. He lft his right arm regular except for the spike that spouted from his shoulder. Done with the transformation Jimm looked nothing like he had before and held an eniterly new demeaner. " Let them shoot me. I wonder if a bullet can get to me through dense bone."

Chill's ran down Nashota's spine as Jimm smiled at her in a knowing way... she watched in horror as Jimm transformed before her eyes, no longer the man she met earlier.. He was different. He was like her.. but on a more sever level. She looked at the armed men, who would indeed shoot now that they'd seen this evolution... Thinking quickly she remembered a cop show she had seen the other night, which was eerily similar to the situation now. It was time to play cops and robbers. Standing quickly she threw an arm into the jacket she was wearing, appearing to be placing her hand on the handle of a gun. "FBI! Everybody Freeze, drop your weapons! I said drop your weapons dammit!" She held her body in the same position she had seen the detective on the show hold his, with ferocity and meaning.

Chaos seemed to erupt as the men in the back began to fight and fire their darts at those who seemed to want to fight back. It finally kicked in to the leader, especially after Jimm's transformation,t hat there were more freaks in this place then they thought. "TAKE THEM ALL!" He yelled as he began to fire his darts at Jimm, who seemed to be the more clear threat.

The unit the back was having some difficulty, as one was struggling with Kate, the three more trying to gain up on the freezer, having seen Kate push the fire chick in there, along with ice boy. Two more soldiers tried to take aim at Kate, but as one of their men was in the way, they were having trouble deciding whether or not to shoot.

After Nashota's proclamation, one of the soldiers seemed to have laughed and pulled the trigger on his tranq gun; they'll just sort everyone out later.

"Nighty night, freak." Two more men showed up to help their commander take down Jimm as they fired more tranq darts at the horned monster.

Jaden got up when he heard the Italians stop fighting and he grew alarmed when he heard shouting coming from the front of the restaurant. He walked towards the door and just as he opened it, a woman and Alice rushed through, pushing him into the shelves behind him. The boxes on top began to waver and then slid off, rushing towards his head. He formed an ice shield between his hands, then held it above his head like a shelf where the boxes landed. He grunted, then lowered them onto the floor, shrinking the shield into an ice cube. It was then that he noticed Alice, about to open the freezer door. Through the frosty windows he could see black-clad men shooting the windows with darts, testing the glass to see if it was weak. "Alice! Don't!"

Alarmed at the voice behind her, Alice spun around, hands wreathed in fire. With some dismay she noticed that her flames were weak, sputtering. The cold was affecting her quickly. "Jayden." she said, relieved it was only him. Clenching her hands, Alice quickly extinguished the fire. Had he been hiding in here this whole time? "It's not what it looks like." she said automatically, trying to find a way to make him think the fire was not something freaky. "Look," she said quickly, "I have to go out their and do something. Hide in here if you want." Turning back to the door, Alice grabbed the handle again, only to tear her hand away from it. The cold was becoming too much for her. Touching the handle had been like holding onto knives. "Open the door for me." she demanded.

Jimm chuckled as Nashota decided to help pretending to hold a gun. It might have been more of a help if everyone else and there mother wasn't holding one and now they all seemed to be pointed at him. With his eyes still black he had his bones come forward and form a small barrier around all his skin so that when the surprising little tranks came to hit him they only had him grunting and stumbling back. He only had a few weak spots but he wasn't going to advertise them. Rasing the bone spear that was his right harn he charged one of the men and then brought the weapon down and split the man's skull open letting blood and brain matter splatter out. " Bone against bone."

Kate moved her hand faster than any eye could see as she attempted to twist the gun from the man's grasp. Whoa, wait a sec, now the barrel was pointing at her. She ducked in an instant and swept her legs toward the men trying to open the freezer in an attempt to knock them off-balance. She was still holding onto the gun for dear life and, in a burst of inspiration, bit into the hand that was holding it, as hard as she could.
OOC: I like biting people. It tends to make them let go of things and clutch their wounded appendage, screaming. Mwahaha.

"Holy--Sh--" The man said right as Jimm sliced opened his skull. Terrified and horrified at what happened, the men started to fire at Jimm, but this time, they were using live rounds. Forget what command said. This thing was a monster!

"Damn, woman!" The soldier screamed as he instinctively dropped his gun and began to punch Kate to stop biting him.

[Firestar]

Kate fell to the ground the instant the gun dropped from the man's hands, releasing her teeth from his skin. She aimed the gun at his stomach with the gun and fired, sending a tranq into him. Then using her speed she aimed and fired at two of the men trying to get into the freezer. Then the gun was out of ammo. She turned to go out the front door.
Just then, five cop cars suddenly appeared.
"Police! Get your hands up! We have surrounded the building. Give yourselves up and halt this robbery!" Kate had been trying to find a way to go out the front door, then stopped when she understood why the cops were there. Someone must had dialed 911 when the first man declared that he was robbing the restaurant. Unfortuantely, she stopped just in time to be hit by a bullet from the man in the front. She collapsed to the ground, bleeding from her shoulder.

Jimm ripped his swordlike arm from the man head letting his brain matter fly around and drip from his arm. A twisted smile found its way to his lips as he turned away from the now dead man to be hit by a flood of bullets. He might have been powerful but he was not made of diamond. The bulls-eye bullets lodged directly into parts of his body and bone shattering a little and made him twitch as he tried stumbling away from the onslaught. He had to rely on his healing ability to push out the bullets as he stumbled back som more.

No matter what though a man holding a gun was everywhere and Jimm found himself moved closer to two others who were backing up as he did but continuing to shoot. Showing his pearly whites Jimm jumped at one man and engulfed his fear filled scream in a monster of a body. Growling in anger Jimm ripped the man apart and then came up with the body impaled on his sword arm using it like a shield. The bullet sounds were engulfed by sirens and Jimm smiled knowing he could turn back into a normal but they would stay the robbers.

" Time to die. One way or another."

It was then that the glass finally broke, both from the stress of the ice and the metal tranquilizers pounding into it. Without even thinking, Jaden rushed forward and covered Alice's body with his own. As soon as their skin met, Jaden felt hot and sweaty and could feel his skin burning. In a way, it felt refreshing, but he knew that if he was this close to her for very long, his skin would start burning. Glass pelted his back and he could feel the sting as they made their way to his skin. As the last one pierced him, he picked her up in his arms and ran through the freezer door. Jaden saw that all the people trying to attack them were on the ground unconscious and he could hear the sirens of police cars outside. He suddenly blushed, realizing he was still holding Alice. "Um. Here" He placed her on her feet, then saw the girl who had brought Alice into the freezer on the ground with blood pooling around her shoulder. "Um. Alice. Uh..." He glanced at her nervously, not sure of what to do.

Alice flinched as the glass shattered, automatically covering her head and hunching over. Suddenly, Jayden was there, shelding her from the cascading glass. She gasped, sucking in her breath sharply. The freezer was already cold, but his body was freezing! She was sure that at any moment ice would form on her skin. Before she could push him off, Jayden had swung her up into his arms and rushed out the door. Out in the hot kitchen, Alice started to rejuvinate. Jayden's skin was still cold, but bareable. Her eyes fell on the unconscious bodies, and then lastly to the woman who had helped her. Only when Jayden put her down did she realize how long he had been holding her. "Thanks," she muttered, feeling awkward. "Come on, we have to help her." But helping her would be easier said than done. The woman was out by the front, where pure chaos was ensuing. And, what the heck was that thing out there? It was a man, but completely deformed. The robbers out front were shooting wildly, trying to take the thing down. "Look, don't freak out, ok?" she asked Jayden. Without waiting for an answer, she flicked both hands, bringing two fireballs into her palms. "Here we go." she muttered.

Dashing out to the front, Alice threw a fireball forward, at the man with the gun. Turning, she was about to launch the second one at the weird normal. But, he couldn't be a normal, she realized. No, that was bone sticking out of him that shouldn't be. This guy was like her. Deciding to leave him alone, she flicked the fireball at another gunman, just as he fired off a round. She flinched, as a bullet grazed her arm. "Stupid normals!" she shouted as she dashed towards the fallen woman. Bending beside her, Alice flicked her hands again, letting fire encase her arms. "Can you walk?" she asked her, keeping an eye out for any of the gunman.

Kate thought she was hallucinating. The woman she had shoved into the freezer had come out and was on fire. Literally, on fire. She'd never been shot before, so maybe this was a normal reaction.
Or maybe she'd stumbled on someone else with powers. That was possible, too. If that was what was going on, then maybe she would have a chance to get out of here. She sat up and gasped from the pain that rocketed from her shoulder into every part of her body. The bullet was still in there, and she had no way to get it out.
She didn't think about that, though, when she saw the cops outside and the men in black still inside.
"I gotta get outta here," she said, gritting her teeth and standing to her feet. She collapsed again. So this was it...this was how she was finally getting caught. Well maybe that wasn't such a bad thing. She was tired of running.

Utter chaos had erupted in the pizza place as multiple battles were occurring all at once. The men who were fighting with Jimm were completely overwhelmed and one managed to call into base ops, informing them of the situation. Unfortunately for them, they would not be getting reinforcements due to the extremity of the situation and the fact that the police were now involved. The man cringed, but knew what he had signed on to.

"Looks like we're on our own boys! Let's unleash hell!!" The man shouted and took out a shot gun, hoping that would help them. "Get out of here!" He yelled at the people on the floor, knowing that their main concern was Jimm and getting out of there alive.

The men fighting Alice, Jaden and Kate were having troubles of their own as they heard their commander issue an all out war. They tossed their tranq guns aside and decided to use live rounds.

Jimm's eyes widened a little as a man pulled out a shot gun showing him to be the smartest of the group and one the most dangerous but Jimm saw only a bigger threat that needed to be eliminated faster. Dipping his head and throwing the torn body from his arm the bone man charged like a bull with his head held down and his horns forward. Men tried to get in front with their puny guns butall Jimm did was thrash and soon blood was flying around as horns, and bone blades sliced through flesh and organ. Grunting as he came ontop the threat he was met with the blast of shotgun and a butter rocking his head and throwing him baclkwards to land on his arse.

Jimm roared in pain and anger as he felt the shattered bones of his skull showing some brain matter underneth but before another shot could be fired Jimm turned showing the spikes on his back and let another bullet brake off a few. Twitching in pain he ground his teeth as his skull healed up enough for him to turn and lash angrily behind him with his arm cutting the man from hip to hip and leaving him on the floor to die.

" Your souls fleed to heaven or hell by my hand. I apologize for everyone's loss." Stumbling up he hoped this would seen be at end as he was tired of being hurt and all this mindless killing. He wanted nothing to do with the rep of Sylar.

Jaden rushed forward, and gently nudged Alice aside, heat from her arms burning up his own. Now he understood why she made his blood boil. She was like him, except opposite. She had powers, but they were fire. And he was ice. He shrugged away his thoughts, and touched the woman's shoulder where blood was gushing from the wound. He put two thick coverings of ice on her skin, putting pressure on the wound while holding the blood back. "There. That should stop the bleeding, but we need to get you out of here." He shielded himself, the woman, and Alice from shrapnel for a moment, then looked at them with an intensity in his eyes that would have moved mountains. "Got any ideas?"

Eyes wide, Alice watched in silent facination as ice flowed from Jayden's touch. Ice, an element she hated almost as much as close minded normals. Was this why she felt such animosity towards him? She didn't realize he had asked a question until a few seconds later. "Um," she said, faltering, "Out the back." Alice, fire still rippling over her hands, stood in a crouch, "Pick her up and follow me!" Standing to her full height, she moved an arm out towards one of the robbers, sending a pillar of fire towards him. In this way she moved slowly towards the back, keeping the shooters at bay. She was careful to avoid the screaming normals. Alice may hate them, but she wasn't a murderer. "Ah," Alice cried out, staggering as a bullet grazed her left shoulder. Gritting her teeth, furious, Alice turned on the man who had shot her and, moving both hands together, launched a mass of fire at him. His clothes caught in an instant, and he fell down, desperately trying to get the flames out. Little did he know Alice wouldn't let them die.

OOC: well, i think its safe to say that blod killed everyone is the front, and the others are more preoccupied with the stop, drop, and roll. lol

"Sir. Unit 14 has been eliminated. Sources say that they were outnumbered by at least 4 of them."
"What?" The Commander of base ops glanced at his second in command.
"We're receiving video footage from a nearby traffic cam, and through police surveillance. We'll be able to confirm it then."
"Dammit...that's 5 mishaps..." He hated to report that to his superiors...
"We've had 14 successes, though, sir. That has to count for something."
The commander humphed. "Get me the tape. I want to know what we're up against."
"Yes, sir!" The soldier saluted and left the command center.

occ: Sorry but I do love my blood. If you wanted to toys to last longer I would have hurt Jimm a little more. Oh and I'll kinda skip to the future too.

Standing over the last body Jimm let his black eyes slowly turned back to their usual dark brown and his bones started to go back into place. He grunted, cut off screams, and roared as his bones realligned themselves and left him with blood splattered all over his body and making his eyes blink as he tried to clear the gore from the edge of his eyes. " Ugggg." Jimm swayed away from the body before fallng down on the ground and leeting out a deep breath. He had really lost control in those last minutes as he tore through the humans like a hot knife through butter.

Looking from side to side he saw the fear in the eyes of those he saved and he wondered what had been the reason for it. If he had wanted to he cold have forced his way outside and then ran from the conflict letting them die but instead he let this happen. They still see the monster.
