Alicia smelled the fresh blood that drove her wild. One glance at her black eyes and Dave saw that. He tackled her before she could even move.
"Get a hold of yourself, girl. This is no time to get thirsty." Alicia kept struggling under him and he hoped someone else would notice and help her. He couldn't hold her by himself when she was like this, no matter how strong he was.

Kate exhale quickly, trying to keep from hyperventalating. She hated getting shot.
"I was seen topside," she said through gritted teeth, "Didn't notice them before I heard the shot." Which was stupid. The main reason she was one of the ones chosen to go up was because she could get out of there before anyone could even notice her. She was mad at herself for being so careless.

OOC: lol i missed a lot...buy yay! everyone is getting involved! YAY! lol Now...where to start...

Sam and his group rounded around the center of the busy headquarters, while Julian just hanged back. His eyes locked over to Sahira's jaguar form, a thin smile spreading on his face.

"Yeah, so you've said a few times. Although, Rebel has vouched for you, so I suppose." Sam shrugged as he glanced around them.
"As you can see, this facility is our main locale against the assailant known as Shadow." Sam shuffled his shotgun strap on his right shoulder as his head gestured around them. "This facility is roughly the safest locations for people like us. We've several gifted who monitor our locations, varying from invisibility to high security computer systems." Sam continued with the tour, but was interrupted with a stumbling Kate.
"What is going on here?" Sam grumbled with irritation. "Someone grab Althia!" He shook his head down at Kate. "What is that, your fourth this week?" He sighed as his eyes darted around for Alicia, making sure the woman was in control with herself.

"HIRO!!!" Ando's voice boomed from above them, as a metal walkway and stairway was located. A huge grin was on Ando's face as he hurried down to his best friend. "Is that really you?" He asked in Japanese.

Julian hurried over to Kate as he went to help Sahira. His face was slightly grim as he recalled the final hours before Shadow launched his endgame. He sighed, they didn't have much time. He glanced at Sahira, a light smile on his face. He wasn't nervous about his metallic half face, as he had that for weeks now, but it was the fact that his present self was still running around on the surface, so he really couldn't do anything, or risk making himself mad at himself. He sighed, being in two places was confusing.

Never straying too far from Alicia unless it could be helped, Will was immediately aware of her frenzy. He ran over to her, grabbing her around the waist and, with Dave's help, pulled her back towards a tunnel. "I gotcha." he said, trying to sound nonchalant. God, she was strong like this! "Come on, Ali, Let's go see the plants, eh?" Looking over her head, he gave Dave a thankful smile. At least he was helping this time, and not flirting.

The medic rushed over, taking over with an air of experience. Sahira glanced over at Julian, her eyes lingering on the gleaming metal. Patting Kate's shoulder, she pushed herself to her feet and crossed her arms. "Where'd you find him?" she asked Sam, still watching Julian.

"Yo, Alicia. Chill, girl." Max appeared out of nowhere, as she was sped downstairs and in front of Alicia. "Boys, let the lady handle this." She smirked at Dave and Will and focused on her super strength. She gripped Alicia's arm. "Come on, I need help with something in the computer room." She gestured towards upstairs, practically dragging Alicia away.

Sam sighed again as he watched the medics come over, hoping that Althia would hurry too; she was one of their main healers, and Kate was one of their main runners. His gaze went towards Sahira as Julian was helping the medics with Kate. "North side of the entrance." He smirked. "But, I guess that's not what you meant. He claims to be from the future, and this guy." He gestured with his head at Hiro as Ando went and greeted his friend. "Is apparently from the past...you know, before Hiro becomes too weak." He whispered slightly, not wanting their current Hiro to panic.

Seeing that Kate was going to be fine, Julian stood up and returned over to Sam and Sahira. "We don't have much time. Do you mind if we go upstairs and talk about this? I don't want to scare the others yet." He gestured upstairs, where there was a large conference room for them to all talk.

Sam shrugged. "Let's give Ando some time, first. Its been awhile since he's seen Hiro." Sam glanced at the two Japanese heroes. He wondered if he could spare a time to see Etta while he was back. He glanced towards the direction of the greenhouse.

Alicia barely noticed that people were trying to hold her back. She was thirsty--it was exceptionally hard to smuggle animals underground without creating a ruckus, so if had been a few days since she had gotten anything satisfactory--and Kate was bleeding. She kicked and struggled against Will and Dave, and against Max once she started dragging her away. Her throat was burning and she had to find a way to relieve it.
Dave took a deep breath after Max took over leading Alicia away. It was bad enough keeping everyone calm under these circumstances. They didn't need to be attacking each other. He gave Will a lopsided grin.
"Hey, it was nothing. Your little sister is one of a kind." That made Dave think of his own sister. Where had Felicity gotten off to? He worried about her almost constantly...which he supposed was why he was so quick to help the Cortez's out. He and Will were alike when it came to their baby sisters.

Kate made a face at Sam through the pain, hoping someone with healing abilities might be available soon. She needed to be in running condition again soon.
"I don't get shot that often," she said. "Only when I get distracted or sneaked up on."

Hiro was a little surprised at Ando's enthusiastic greeting. He had to remind himself that this was almost six months in the future. What had happened to him by this point, he wondered.
"Hello, Ando," he said to his friend. "It's really me, except I am Hiro from the past. I just left you back in Japan to respond to a Dial-a-Hero call."

Her curiosity kindled, Sahira was also impatient to hear what this future Julian had to say. She looked over at Hiro, wondering why he had been brought here. Seeing Ando greet Hiro so excitedly, Sahira found herself smiling sadly. Poor Hiro, she found herself thinking. "Maybe you two can catch up later. If we don't have much time, I'd like to hear what Julian has to say now." She felt a little bad for dampering their unusual renunion, but time was of the essence.

"Can't argue with you there." Will said, rubbing his shoulder where Alicia had elbowed him. He followed Max and Ali with his eyes, loath to let her out of his sight for even a second.

Althia ran in following Calein who had ran out unnoticed as soon as sam had called for her. Calein sat back down in the corner stareing at eris.
"someone call for me?" Althia asked heading towards the medics and an apparently wounded person.
she bent down next to the medics. "hello!" she said smiling.

"Stop struggling." Max sighed as she continued to drag Alicia upstairs. "Geez, you know there's an emergency supply for you in the fridge right? Sheesh." She dragged her into the main computer room, where all the security cameras and information all went to. It was manned by 5 people, with Max being the main one in charge due to her hacking skills and photographic memory. She continued to drag the crazed Alicia by the five people on duty, who were all too use to Max dragging in the woman. Their eyes remained on their monitors.

"Come along, come along." Max said in a sing-song voice as they went inside a small break room. She kicked the door shut. Going towards the mini-fridge, Max took out an ice cream container that had a post it on it saying: You touch it. You DIE! Much Love - MAX! =)

Opening the top, the container revealed blood. Pushing the pint into the microwave, Max heated it up for her friend. She would have done it with her powers, but Alicia was still going a bit crazy to all her to switch her powers around. The microwave seemed to take forever as it finally beeped. Max grabbed the hot blood

"Sit." Max ordered as she pushed her towards one of the chairs as she held the blood high above her head from Alicia, just in case the woman wanted to start attacking her arm. She then quickly placed the hot liquid on the table, releasing Alicia while she was at it. Stepping back, she kept a watchful eye on Alicia.

"Eh? So this is the Dial-a-Hero call that you responded to?" Ando asked Hiro, amazed. "How is that possible?" Ando asked, before being interrupted by Sahira. The cat lady always seemed to be impatient. He switched back to English. "I see. Let's head upstairs then. Micah has returned as well. He will be very interested to see Hiro here." He was late on the uptake that Julian was from the future.

Julian smirked. "Can't argue with her; things will start picking up in a few hours." He hinted as he started to make way upstairs, after Ando was gesturing for Hiro to follow him.

Sam sighed. "All right. Let's hear you out. Sorry, Kate, looks like you're going to have to be filled in later." He waved her off as he ordered his unit to check the perimeter again.

As the group headed upstairs, they passed along the wall, which held makeshift plaques, photos, and names. These were the ones that had died during the Exodus operation, during Shadow's experiments, or relatives that were caught in the crossfire - all listed by date. There were even some Missing in Action names/photos that spread across the wall. It was a long wall.

Julian glanced at the first row, to one of the first large plaques with a picture. It read:

Logan Monroe
Beloved Brother and Friend to All.
Killed in Action on December 18, 2009

Julian's eyes traveled downstairs, towards Dave, who was talking with Will. He wondered how Dave was handling his brother's death. After all, as rumors have it, Logan was shot to death in front of his sister, when he was trying to protect her from the black tactical team.

Walking past the memorial wall, Sahira made a point to look at it. Whenever she began to doubt the resitance' cause, the faces of all the dead and missing helped her to remember the importance of fighting against Shadow. Her hands clenched into tight fists at the thought of the horrid man. She couldn't wait to get her claws in him. Reaching the conference room, Sahira moved in, then turned and faced Julian. She could only assume that he came bearing bad news.

Staring at the rusty wall opposite her bed, Felicity was lost in a sad, depressed daze. There were dark circles under her eyes from lack of sleep. Every night, there was only one thing in her head, the memory of Logan's death playing over and over. There was no glow about her any more. She hardly strayed far from her room, which had a minimal amount of light. Not enough to make any visible affect. That was a good thing, though. Felicity didn't feel like doing anything but staying underground for the rest of her life.

OOC: Duuuuuuuuuuuuude!!!!!! Logo died?! I'm sooo glad this is an alternate future. He's the one who's supposed to keep us younger siblings sane and out of trouble!

Alicia was practically scratching on the walls in impatience. Of course, the smell of reheated animal blood wasn't anywhere near as appealing as the fresh stuff downstairs, but she would take what she could get at this point. The instant Max let go she guzzled the stuff down, getting just a little on the corners of her mouth. Not nearly as bad as she could have looked, but she'd done better. She winced a little when she was finished, but was satisfied for now.
"I hate leftovers," she complained to Max once she finished, giving her an annoyed look. She frowned and thought for a moment. Something deep in her mind was telling her to move, and with it was a compelling fear of agony that would come to here if she didn't obey it. She wasn't sure she understood why she needed to go.
"Um, I think I'll take Kate's place topside, while she's out of it." She stood up and stretched a little. Her eyes were a medium gold, and she was not entirely satisfied. "I might also see if I can corner any strays while I'm up there. I'm still a little thirsty, and as much as I love the stuff you have here for me..." she rolled her eyes slightly, "some fresh blood would do me better I think." Her eyes met Max's and she held that gaze for a few minutes. "Please don't tell Will. He worries too much about me."

Dave caught the new Julian's eyes for an instant before he averted his gaze. He knew what people were saying about him and Felicity. Logan's death weighed like a ton of bricks on his mind, but he always tried to seem like his normal self. He had to be strong and do his part for everyone. He unconsciously clenched his fists and gritted his teeth. He still remembered the sight of his brother's body, cold and dead. So unlike him. And Felicity had never gotten out of that perpetual state of shock since then. To make things worse, nearly a week after that Michelle had practically gone insane and shot herself. That really hurt, and he couldn't bear to tell his sister. Someone else had to. He turned back to Will.
"Hey, man, I gotta go." He covered his sudden depression with a mask of a smile. "I'll catch you later. Tell me if you need anything." He walked away, and unknowingly he caused the ground around him to shake, unable to hold in his emotions from his power. He walked down the corridor to where his sister had locked herself away.
"Lissy?" he asked softly, knocking gently on the door, "It's Dave. Can I come in?"

Hiro smiled and nodded to Ando before they were interupted. He was delighted to hear Micah Sanders was here, too. Some old faces mixed in with all these new ones.
He looked at the wall they were walking past with all the names on them.

Many other names passed by Hiro, and he couldn't believe what all this was. How could the world fall into such chaos in less than six month?

Kate made a face at Alithia when she came by. The medics were trying to get the bullet out of her leg at the moment. And of course here underground they had limited access to anestethics. She almost bit her tounge off trying to keep from screaming with the pain. She ended up grunting loundly anyway.

OOC: Now the question I have is, who did Terrisa marry? =P

OOC: *smiles*

"Well, I did offer to give you my blood a few times." Max grimaced at the devoured blood. "As I'm the one with the regenerative abilities....but Will had to go and make a scene, and then you gave me that horrified look." She babbled. Max raised a curious eyebrow. Alicia always seemed to want to go up there, even when she wasn't hungry. "Yeah, okay, I guess. But are you sure? You're not as fast as she is. If anyone should be going, it ought to be me...but blasted Sam won't allow it. So what if I managed to steal a bunch of paintings last time!? I got everyone fed!" She huffed and crossed her arms. Her eyes met her's then and she softened. "Yeah, I know. But at least you have something that cares. You sure you don't want me to go with you?" She asked, concerned.

Entering the room, the group took random seats. Julian stood, feeling anxious. Micah glanced up at the group as they entered, his eyes bright as always. Seating in a chair already, he stared at Hiro curiously.
"What's going on?" He asked, evaluating Hiro.
"Its a lot to explain." Julian began as he waited for everyone to sit. "But I suppose, to start, in less than 8 hours from now, half of New York will explode."
"What?!" Sam and Micah replied at the same time.
"How?" Micah asked.
"Well, according to my Hiro." He glanced at Hiro, "not that one. A huge battle takes place in upstate New York....and it appears that the battle was the cause...that...and Shadow launches something. Its unsure."
"What a minute, you don't know?" Sam accused. "How can you be sure? And what battle will that be?"
"Because I wasn't near the area. In about 6 hours, I'll get a tip that may possible lead to Shadow's identity, but I never got a chance to finish, as I got a call from Sahira, informing me about the raid that the main group will perform at facility on the pier. Unfortunately....I arrive too late." His eyes glanced away from Sahira, a pain look in his eyes.
"What?" Sam was more confused than ever.
Julian sighed and rubbed his temple. "Apparently you guys get a call about Shadow's main base of operations. You know, the one that he uses to experiment on our kind." He frowned at that. "After that, the majority of the main people of the Resistance go to stop Shadow, hoping that this would end the war between us...but...it was unsuccessful."
"And you know this for sure?" Micah watched Julian, his gaze unwavering.
"Yes. I...shifted through the wreckage...and that's where I found Hiro." He glanced at Hiro. "You told me that I had to get you...and that...she was the only one that could stop him. Before I could ask you to clarify, I got attacked by a huge blue blast. I didn't get to see the guy's face, but Hiro sent me back...and well...here I am."

Ando glanced over to Hiro as Julian talked. His jaw dropped at the end. "Wait, does that mean we...all...died?" He looked horrified, or shocked, he wasn't quite sure which yet.

Sam gritted his teeth. "I don't believe you." His eyes stared at Julian defiantly.

Roused by the knock on her door, Felicity straightened from her slouch and fidgeted with her hair. "Yeah." she said, trying to sound normal. "Come in."

Arrived too late... Sahira's heart skipped a beat at the implications, and she didn't miss the look on Julian's face. Mind racing, she wondered who Hiro had been talking about, who exactly was she. This imminent future sounded like a doomsday for them all. Except for Julian, for which she was grateful. If he managed to escape alive, whatever death came to her, she could be at peace. But until then, she wanted to make sure that future didn't come to pass. Hearing Sam's accusation, Sahira glared at him, hands clenching into tighter fists. "Don't be an idiot, Sam. Julian wouldn't lie to us."

Alicia ignored most of Max's babbling. She would never ever willingly drink anyone's blood, even if they were regenerative. She nodded when Max asked if she was sure she wanted to go.
"Yeah, it'll probably be good for me to get out." A spike on unexplainable panic burst through her at the thought of Max trying to go with her. "I'll be fine on my own, trust me. I'll just be sneakier than Kate is. I'll finish up her shift and be back before you even notice I'm gone." She gave Max a reassuring smile, then left the break room before she could protest. She started off in the direction that would take her where Kate would have come in from. As soon as she was out of Max's sight, she veered off in the direction of their hidden garage, that held hundreds of different cars. She carefully avoided all the security cameras. When she got to the garage, she made a face to herself. She would have to destroy the ones in here, or else everyone would know she was taking a car. She got underneath one of them, avoiding the vision field of it, forceably tore it off the wall, and smashed it into pieces. She had to do it in case Micah found a way to turn them on even if she disconnected them. She went around the garage and destroyed the cameras quickly. As soon as all the ones that would see her were in pieces, she deftly lifted a set of keys off the wall. They went to her favorite vehicle: the yellow Porche. (ooc: what can I say? I liked that part of the book.) She started the car and was soon racing out of New York at top speed on her way to Virginia, laughing to herself all the while. The drive would normally take several hours, but when you threw silly things like speed limits out the window and floored the accelerator it took only about an hour.
So she was soon in front of Jack Kane's office. She easily slid into a parallel parking spot, her tires screeching as she did. She checked the clock on the dashboard. Two minutes early. That was good. She got out of the car and went inside to give her report to Cain.

Dave went into the room and noticed how Felicity was trying to look normal. He sighed and went to sit by her.
"You don't have to hide from me, Lissy," he told her. "I know how you're feeling."

Hiro listened to everything going on, as horrified as the rest about the destruction to come.
"So...this means I must find out who Shadow is before eight hours?"

Althia waited patiently for the medics to remove the bullet it wouldent do for her to heal the wound with the bullet still in it. one of the medics finaly got the bulet out and quickly checked for fragments. after removing three the medic deemed it safe and disinfected it not that they needed to. Althia then placed her hands on it. "this wont hurt for much longer...Kate." she said. then concentrated on healing the wound. the mucle sinew ect. and anything else that needed it. vital stuff first. then she healed the skin over it and vwuala only evidence of a wound was a nice pink healing scar. she felt draind. "all done."

At the mention of lies Calein trotted over and sniffed the air she shifted partway leaving on her fur for the sake of peoples eyes. and the fact she had no clothes. "i don't smell any liars." she stayd squatted down she looked somewhat odd with white fur and red hair.
"Calein either put on some clothes or stay in your wolf form!" complained Althia glancing her way. Calein laughed and shifted back she liked her wolf form better. after an accident had sent her grandparents to the hospital shed later gone some what feral and gone into the wilerness and taken up with a wild wolf pack. thats were the resistance had found her. frankly she preffered animals much simpler but shadow had destroyed her life and many others.
wile on her own though shed learned alot about her senses and scents and what they meant. she later learned more when she was back among humanity.

Eris looked up. boom? nooooo she didnt want her friends to go boom! she looked panicked and worried. they were nice to her! so what if she didnt get to help! they let her stay here in a safe place!

Ando sighed, trying to ignore the naked lady for a moment. He glanced at Hiro. "I don't know. I don't even know if he's telling the truth." Ando pointed at Julian. "If he is, I believe in you, Hiro." He smiled at his friend.

Sam just grunted at Sahira's comment. "It wouldn't be the first time."
"If you have a problem with me, then say it." Julian growled out, insulted.
"You know what?! Yeah, I have a problem with you!" He got up from his chair and shoved Julian.
"Just cause you're one armed, doesn't mean I can't kick your ass!" Julian shoved back, harder.
"Ever since you came here, more people have been disappearing! How'd we know that you're not the mole that everyone keeps talking about!?" Sam yelled and focused his powers so that a metallic arm quickly grew where his arm use to be. He aimed to hit Julian.
"Guys! Cool it!" Micah got up, a worried look on his face. "Sam, stop!"
Julian growled out. "You want a piece of me! FINE!" Julian's hands crackled and sparkled.

Ando sighed as the two boys started to have another fight....again. He went to a control panel and pushed a button that was labeled Green Room. It was a communication device that Max had linked up with all the main rooms. Ando glanced as Sam grew his arm. "Henrietta...Sam's at it again...do you mind coming up?" Ando sighed. Julian's and Sam's shouts could be heard over the Green Room intercom.

"Oh, I'm going to break your bones this time!" Sam growled out.
Julian formed two electrical balls in his palms, waiting for Sam to charge at him.

Micah looked anxious, but bored at the same time as he sat down again. This wasn't the first time these two guys went head to head.

Max let Alicia go, but worry was flooding into her mind. Sighing, she left the break room and sat down in her chair, in front of numerous monitors.

"Hey Max. We got problems in the garage." One of her men told her. narrowing her eyes, Max got up and checked the footage.

"All of the cameras went out?" Max asked.
"It appears so? Do you think its maintenance problems?"
"No. Get a team ready. I'm going down there, but wait for my signal okay?"
"Yeah."

Speeding down to the garage, Max looked at all the cameras. Apparently someone had destroyed them all. Max was about to call in the team when she noticed one car was missing.
"Oh no...Alicia...what are you thinking?" Max whispered, knowing the girl had an affinity to that specific car. "Hey, get a clean up crew in here. I'm going to investigate something. Let Micah know I'm out."

"All right. Sending them in."

Max found her motorcycle and revved it to life. She was going to kill Alicia! What in the world was that girl doing? Keeping her promise to not tell Will, Max placed on her helmet and zoomed out of the garage, hoping to find Alicia before Will did.

Looking up, Etta found the camera hanging in the corner of the spacious room. She frowned, hearing clearly the shouts behind Ando. "Allright." she said, giving the camera a nod. The whispering voices of the plants faded away as Etta stood, her hand falling away from the tomatoe plant she had been inspecting. Hurrying, Etta nearly ran out of the room and down the dim corridors. The steps she took two at a time. Reaching the conference room, she came to a stop in the doorway. "Sam." she said, having to raise her voice to be heard over his and Julian's fight.

Moving a step forward, Sahira thought at first to stop the fight before it began. Who knew what this future Julian might do? However, it quickly became apparent that he was no different than his past self in this aspect. Shaking her head, Sahira fell back. "Kick his ass, Julian." she muttered under her breath. Sam deserved a good pounding, as far as she was concerned. Hearing Henrietta at the doorway, Sahira suddenly felt bad for her ill-wishing. The woman was so nice to everyone. In a weird sort of way, being mean to Sam was like being mean to Etta. Feeling guilty for not stoping the tussle in the first place, Sahira didn't look at her.

Will waved goodbye to Dave, then looked around. He should probably check on Alicia now, make sure she was doing allright. Remembering Max going up to the control room, Will headed in that direction. When he poked his head into the room, he couldn't find Alicia or Max. "Hey, where did Max and Alicia go?" he asked one of the guys at the computer. His voice was hard, but worried.

If Dave knew she was miserable, what was the point of pretending. Felicity let her shoulders slump again. "I know you do, Dave. He was your brother too." She swallowed hard, the familiar urge to cry constricting her throat. "I just can't stop thinking about it. All because of me. He died just to save me. I never even took any college classes for him." Feeling like a miserable wretch, Felicity hung her head, staring at the cement floor.

Hiro gave Ando an unsure smile, knowing he had to do what he could, but at the same time feeling the weight of it all pressed upon him. He looked between metal man and Sam as they argued.
"Do they fight like this all the time?" he asked Ando in Japanese.

Dave hated to see Felicity in this state. It eerily reminded him of how Michelle had looked when he walked in on them that one night. He wrapped his arms around her and just held her for a moment as she talked.
"I know, Lissy. He was always there, watching out for you. I think he was looking out for me, too. I think he did more for us than I ever thought about doing for him." He shook his head and held in his own urge to cry. He had to be strong for his sister. After another minute, he released his hold on her and sat back so he could look her in the eyes.
"But I don't think he would have wanted you to dwell on his death like this. He wouldn't have wanted you to lock yourself away in here and never shine your beautiful light anymore. He saved your life so you could live it." He hugged her close again, resting his cheek against the top of her head. "I know it feels like you've been pushed off a cliff and are falling endlessly right now. For his sake and mine, can you try to fly?" He'd heard the metaphor before, several times, but this was the first time he ever felt like it applied to either of them.

Kate was so relieved when Althilia healed her, she could have hugged the woman. The instant she was free of pain, she jumped to her feet.
"Thanks," she said, giving a quick, slight smile before she turned and joined in on the meeting. Apparently she didn't miss much. Julian and Sam were fighting again, nothing new.

Alicia was glad the Porche was fast. Not only did it give her the most giddy, exhilarating feeling, but it also kept most everyone from tracking her. She was confidant she'd gotten enough of a head start that no matter if someone tried to follow her, they would soon lose her trail. The car practically flew over the pavement, leaving no trace of tire marks until she braked.
OOC: by the way, this is evil Alicia. She got in control the instant she was out of the break room. I'm probably going to be switching between them without warning.

Ando looked away from the control panel, glad that Etta was on her way. He gave a nervous smile to Hiro. "Yes. Usually four times a day, sometimes 6...depending on their moods. We usually have to get one of their girlfriends to end the fight..." He spoke in Japanese and grinned when Etta walked in. "If we're lucky, a girl fight sometimes breaks out." He tried to hide a smile.

Sam charged and Julian launched his electrical energy balls at Sam. Sam dodged both of them and the electrical balls nearly blasted Sahira and the others, but thankfully they only singed the walls.
Julian cursed, but immediately apologized to Sahira. "Sorry, honey!" He gave an "opps" grimace, and was tackled by Sam.
"Oof!" Julian coughed out as the wind was knocked out of him. Grabbing Sam's head, Julian began to punch the man as he was slammed against the wall.
Sam backed off once Julian let go of him from the impact. Grinning, Sam raised his left arm, the metal gleaming and ran to punch Julian again.
Julian made way to teleport.
"Oh, no you don't!" Sam held out his hand and used his magnetic powers to lock Julian in place and slam his metal face into the ground.

Ando gave a grimace, as he heard Julian's face make a loud crack. It sounded like his jaw broke.
"Guys...you know you're going to clean this all up right?" Micah replied as he sat, his head in the palm of his hand as he leaned on the table. He sighed, they really didn't have time for this.

"Punk ass..." Julian growled out as he felt his face being pulled down to the floor. Ignoring Etta's yell, Sam slammed Julian further into the floor, a satisfy look on his face.

Julian scrambled to get into a more advantageous position, but Sam's powers were keeping him well in place. Using an electrical bolt, Julian hit Sam in the chest and managed to be relinquished from his magnetic hold. "Ow." Julian placed a hand on his chin and reset it into place. Another disgusting crack was heard.

Sam flew a two feet from the low blast and skidded in front of Etta as she appeared. He glanced up, eyes squinting. "Hey, Etta." He gave a breathless smile.

The computer tech looked up when he spotted Will at the doorway. "Hey. Um, well, Max went down to the garage. Apparently someone destroyed all the cameras down there. She didn't say who it was, but said she was going to investigate it and took off. There's a unit down there, but they didn't find any intruders, so we're assuming they either escaped or someone in our group didn't want us to see something. My money is on the mole theory, just cause the unit reported that the yellow porche was missing, and Max's obviously took her bike to go see who it was. We're setting up new cameras down there. Hopefully they'll be more effective. Feel free to go down there yourself. As for Alicia, I overheard her saying that she was going to finish up Kate's shift; she went topside." The tech guy told Will.

Max zoomed down the streets, trying to figure out where the heck that porche went. Her 650cc of a bike could barely match up with the porche, but she hoped that the tech guy's could help her. Voice activating the communication link in her helmet, Max called her team.

"Oh, speaking of which." The tech guy who was talking to Will said as Max's comm link was activated. He connected her to their main speakers.
"Luc. I need you to activate the lo-jack on the Porche." Max said as she zoomed through the streets.
"Uh, sure, but its not accurate - you still didn't upgrade half the cars."
"Yeah, yeah. Just give me the general direction..."
"Okay...but it'll take a moment."
"Work fast Luc." Max ordered, sounding irritable.

Luc quickly began typing onto the computer, trying to hack into the Porche's locator.

OOC: FYI, Cain is super protective of his identity, so when Alicia goes see's Jack, she won't know that he is Cain. Hazel is the only one that knows right now.

Hiro watched the fight with wide eyes, careful to avoid getting smashed by anything.
"Are there a lot of people who fight in the resistance, or is it just these two?" he asked. If they fought like this all the time, it was a wonder that anything ever got done around here.

Kate rolled her eyes at the fight. You'd think they'd put all that energy into fighting against the thugs on the surface, but no. They have to go about beating the crap outta each other. She looked at the others gathered.
"So what all did I miss, besides the start of the fight?" she asked.

Something occurred to Alicia as she hit the interstate. Max could probably find some way to track this vehicle. She'd found the locator in the car before, about a month ago, and rewired it so that she could change the frequency. She groaned to herself, wishing she could focus only on her thrill of speeding, then started feeling around the dash for the switch she'd put in there. She'd probably have to ditch the car somewhere in Virginia so she wouldn't have to deal with this sort of thing again. Maybe her boss would give her a new car. If he could find something faster, and maybe with better acceleration...
She found the switch and flipped it. If it worked, the tracker would make the car appear to be at a standstill at the last known location before it shorted out the system.
"This had better work," she muttered to herself. She'd put waay too much effort into it with considerable risk.

OOC: so what should she refer to him as when she meets him? Sir? Boss? Senator Kane? Jack? Dad? Hehe, I've actually considered having her affectionately call him that from time to time. He is kinda like a father to her bad side, since he pretty much created her. lol

Calen looked at eris.... Eris was starting to get upset and frightend which normally wasnt a good thing the falcon and cat had fled the room. she sighed shifted back to wolf and trotted over to eris.

"From what i overheard;" said althia "that julian is from the future and that Hiro is from the past and something about them trying to stop everyone getting blown up." Althia shrugged "other than that i got no idea, oh and sam dosent beleive julian witch is what theyre fighting over."
she shook her head "If they get hurt they can heal them selves i will not fix something caused by their stupidity." she looked at them she shouted over the fighting "YOU HEAR THAT? YOU INJURE YOURSELVES YOU CAN HEAL YOUR OWN DAMN SELVES!" she stood up and fixed the two men with a look.
