Character's Name: He has gone by the name Zelos Pheonix for many years (relative term), and no one save for a very select few know his real name.
Character's Age: 23
Character's Attitude: Zelos is an adventurous type with few real restraints. He is carefree for the most part, but loyal to his friends. When traveling in a group, he tends to become the natural leader.
Character's Powers: time travel and nuclear blasts.
Character's Weakness:
1. Women. Even if he finds one girl he is truly devoted to, any female charm will easily get to him.
2. Though he has the ability to throw his explosions, he can't control the size, so he might accidentally catch some friendly fire.
3. Currently his time travel is stuck to just a few days at a time.
4. He doesn't hide frustration easily. In fact, he doesn't hide frustration at all, and generally responds to it by attempting to destroy the ground or the nearest wall.
5. Due to his time travel, it is possible to meet up with multiple versions of him, not all of them friendly, even to each other.

Zelos has shortish white hair and bright blue eyes. He wears dark armored clothing that is bullet-proof. He wears a mask over the lower half of his face and a wide hat that is tilted low to cover the top half. He doesn't like to be seen without his mask, though it is possible that a pretty girl might get past it.

Weapons: A surprisingly durable katana. That has a pink sheath and handle. And has a small emblem of Hello Kitty engraved near the base of the blade.
Other Info: Due to his overly adventurous mindset when he was younger, Zelos ended up breaking time for himself. As such, he is stuck in the fairly distant past for himself, and there are other, more malevolent copies of himself roaming around.
History: He was born in 2020 in Oklahoma as just another kid. He and his little sister were always the adventurous types, exploring as far as they could go. They eventually came up with code names for each other, him Zelos Phoenix and her Galatea Sabre.
One day, when he was tweleve and she was nine, Galatea was killed in a car accident. It wasn't long after that Zelos learned he could time travel. He went back in time and tried to save her, but was stopped by a man, who cryptically said that Zelos brought this upon himself and then threw an explosion at the car, completely changing the way his sister died, but killing her nonetheless. It wasn't until several years later that Zelos learned that it had been an older, darker version of himself he'd met that day.
After that point, Zelos cared less about spending time with his family and wanted to go see the world, something he and Galatea had been planning on doing when they grew up. He bought a sword--which would have been a birthday present to her one day--and set out to travel time and then the world.
In the years since then, Zelos has been all over the place and oftentimes found himself on the run from...himself. He still hasn't learn what happened to make his duplicate(s) hate him so much. He hid out for about five years of his personal time in mideval-future Japan and learned the way of the samurai from there. He recently adopted a mask and large hat in an attempt to hide from his evil self.
Two of his years ago, he traveled to the present New York, and since then has been unable to travel more than a few days in either the past or future. he doesn't know why this has happened. He's helped out the Resistance a bit, but prefers to do his own thing most of the time. However, he wouldn't object to the company of others, especially if these others happen to be ladies. He has also learned that he needs to face his darker self rather than hide from him, and believes he is the stonger of the two now.

Zelos walked down the street in the cold rain, shivering. He really hoped he would be able to go indoors soon; though nearly all of his skin was covered, the cold wetness still somehow managed to soak into him.
He became aware that he was being followed and stopped, sighing.
"Do you really want to get into this here and now?" he asked, drawing his sword and turning slowly. Then he paused. It wasn't who he'd been expecting.
"Depends on what you mean by 'getting into this,'" the other responded.
