Character's attitude: Cynical, intelligent, loyal, ambitious, and ruthless, Julian believed that those with power are superior over ordinary humans. He also believed in the idea of Survival of the Fittest, but has come to believe differently since he's been on the run. The one thing he yearns the most is to be free of his dangerous ability to absorb people's life force, even if it means he gets rid of his powers completely. He's actually a nice guy once you really become his friend and get to know him.
Character's Powers (If any, and no more than 2): Absorb and manipulate electricity due to his organic metallic body. Shimmering (Teleportation with the image of the body evaporating like lightening).
Character's Weakness (Must state at least 4; 2 concerning your powers!): His organic metallic body causes him to have super strength, however, it is killing him at the same time. Due to the metallic state of his body, his blood cells degenerate rapidly, causing him to suffer immense pain, death, and end up as a human metal statue, unless he touches any organic life. Any contact with his hands causes him to absorb the organic material from any object or person, causing him to regenerate his blood cells and induce a healing or regenerative ability. He has found that those who possess powers give him longer time to obtain his organic state and powers. He hates cats, because he's allergic to them. Water is one of his weaknesses because of his electrical ability.
Character's Appearance (Clothes, hair, face, etc. If you can provide a picture, that would be awesome!): Wears black suits mostly, with various colored collared shirts, or a black t-shirt with jeans. Wears gloves due to his ability to absorb anything organic to fuel his abilities.

Other Info (Is there anything we need to know about this person?): He is familiar with torture tactics, especially when it increases his life span (I'll explain in his powers slot). Oddly enough, he enjoys cooking. He likes to gamble; mostly plays poker and blackjack.
History (At least 15 sentences and as detailed as you can get. The better we know them, the better we can write with you):
Born in San Diego, CA, Julian first discovered his ability when he was 15. He was defending his friend from a bully when he found that he could launch him 15 feet into a car. Afterward, as his abilities progress, he found that he could conduct electricity and even teleport at his mind's leisure. Finding that he was special from everyone else, he began to develop a God-Complex or superiority over others, except over his best friend, Luke, who he acknowledged as an equal because he could manipulate water.
When he was 16, the downside of his powers began to emerge as he found himself to be incredibly sick unless he touches organic material; mostly plants.
One day, he and Luke had an argument over their ideas of superiority; Luke wanted to help people and hide who he was, whereas Julian wanted to dominate and declare to the world what he was. They got into a fight and Julian's glove ripped during it. Before he knew it, he had absorbed Luke, and that was when he found out how much of a battery people with abilities were. Scared and ashamed, he ran away to protect his parents and made a life in New York, where he studied at NYU.
Graduating with a Master in Bio-Chemistry, Julian searched for a cure towards his side effects. Although, on occasion, he did go out purposely to find others like him to retain his life, and had come to find he did enjoy it immensely, resulting in his menacing attitude of "survival of the fittest."
However, ever since Pinehearst burned down, Julian has reassessed his life as he wonders what the purpose of it is. Being hunted by Danko's men made him reset his attitude, as all he really wants to do is survive and find a way to cure the negative attributes of his powers. He regrets most of the things in his life, especially the killing of people through his absorptions. He tries to only feed off of plants or trees, however, he does stray now and again, due to his new occupation as a mercenary. He holds many contacts, which allows him to get a heads up on Danko's men and what's going on in the world. He currently resides in LA, hiding and trying to piece his life back together.
He now works as a mercenary, going about as he pleases. However, he recently just got contracted to work for an unknown figure, who promises him that he knows how to fix his ultimate weakness...
Role Play Sample: Leaning against the wall of the dark alley, Julian hungrily eyed his target in the dank shadows. His skin was already beginning to disintegrate revealing the metal beneath. Struggling to maintain his strength and consciousness, Julian shimmered behind his the man who was smoking outside the night club.
Breathing heavily and his face pale with streaks of metal on his skin, Julian alerted the man of his presence.
Turning sharply in shock, the man yelled in surprise and shock.
"Whoa, man, I don't swing that way, yo." The man gave a closer look at Julian, who seemed like he was about to collapse.
"Hey, man, you all right?" The man leaned down to catch Julian.
"No...but...I...will...be..." Julian grabbed the man's throat with his bare hands and immediately he began to replenish himself as the man's skin began to turn gray. Julian's skin began to regenerate over his metal features and his eyes expressed a sinister glower as he watched the man's eyes scream out with fear.
Standing tall now, Julian held the man above the ground as he sucked the life out of him. Once down, he tossed the paled, grayed man aside like a toy and cracked his neck and rotated his shoulders.
He grinned. "Thanks. I feel so much better now." He chuckled as he shimmered away.
