Rules are enabled to ensure that everyone will have the best possible experience while role playing. I am pretty chilled about things, but there are certain things that I will not tolerate in order to ensure all members get along.
Follow the preceding rules and you'll do just fine. Know this, I only allow one warning if one of these rules are broken (unless of course you convince me you absolutely didn't realize that you have broken a rule, then I will wave the problem), and after that, you WILL be BANNED!
1. God-Moding! No God-Moding/Power-Moding. That means don't play other people's characters but your own, unless you receive permission to do so from that player. If you do receive permission, let me know through a PM. Also, DO NOT KILL OFF ANOTHER CHARACTER THAT IS NOT YOUR OWN! It is annoying, rude, and unfair. That's all I have to say about that.
2. EXPLICIT/GRAPHIC Content!!! Don't do it!!! I am very strict about this! This forum is meant to entertain people of ALL ages, so I don't want any sex, nudity or graphic scenes displayed. They are absolutely unnecessary. They may be implied, however, but nothing more. *Dating and Kissing are fine, but don't go beyond that when describing. YOU WILL BE BANNED IF YOU BREAK THIS RULE! And of course the post will be deleted/removed.
3. Mild Language Appropriate. I'm not a huge stickler on this, as I am aware that certain characters have certain personalities, however, please be aware that this is an ALL AGE site. Keep the foul language to a minimal, if possible.
4. R E S P E C T Please, and I stress this, PLEASE respect your fellow Members and Guests! There is no point in Roleplaying if you can't get along with others. If problems occur between Members, please address them to ME or TRINN through a PM; I do not want other Members to be disheartened by problems not of their own.
5. Canon Characters There are no rules on the amount of characters you may create, however, you may use only one canon character (unless I say otherwise). This is to ensure fairness among your fellow Members. I only say this though: create as many characters as you can maintain and role play with. Its often sad when they get neglected.
6. Plot Changes If you plan on doing something drastic that will affect the plot for all the players, please let me know so that Trinn or I may approve it. I am pretty open minded, but I do want this to plausible...well...in a Heroes kind of way. Let us know through a PM.
7. Posting and Spamming No double posting on the storyline threads please and the posts have to be at least 3 sentences long when contributing to the plot. I want to encourage descriptive writing in order to help others move the plot along. You are allowed to double post in other threads that are not pertaining towards the plot.
8. Additions I reserve the right to add and change any of the rules.
Remember, this is a place for everyone of every age, so just play nice with one another. Feel free to PM any concerns you have. I will do my best to create a place were you can enjoy yourselves and write about Heroes. And if I'm not around...you can bug Trinn! ;D
