Character's Name: Terrisa Seismore
Character's Age: 22
Character's Attitude: Terrisa is a no-nonsense cop. She works for the CBI and wants to represent them well. She is nice, caring, and understanding when talking to a victim, but she can get downright nasty with suspects and even her coworkers if they annoy her. If you need someone to watch your back you can pick her.
Character's Powers (If any, and no more than 2): None
Character's Weakness (Must state at least 4; 2 concerning your powers!): She is sometimes too confidant and ends up getting herself or someone close to her hurt. She believes she's always right and it's hard for her to accept it when she's not. She hates to see anyone in pain, and that sometimes affects her work. She's a workaholic and has no time for anything else. She's also a struggling alcoholic.
Character's Appearance (Clothes, hair, face, etc. If you can provide a picture, that would be awesome!):
Character's Allegiance (Hero, Villain, or Neutral): Hero
Weapons (If any): Her sidearm, which she always has on her. Also whatever happens to be handy during a fight.
Other Info (Is there anything we need to know about this person?): If anyone wants to make a partner for her, that would be cool.
History (At least 15 sentences and as detailed as you can get. The better we know them, the better we can write with you):
Terrisa was born and raised in California. From a young age, she always wanted to be a cop, usually from watching cop shows on TV. When she got to college she pursued a business degree, but also studied law and self defense. It didn't take her long to get hired by the CBI because she proved herself hard-working and not afraid to do what was right. Whether she's sitting at her desk or taking in a crime scene, she is always completely business. She doesn't get close to anyone, simply because she doesn't want to and doesnt have time to even if she did. She is married to her job.
She has heard strange reports about people doing seemingly impossible things. She scoffs at the stories, believing them to be fairy tales. There has to be a perfectly logical explaination for what people say happens, not involving superpowers or spiritualism or evolution. She refuses to believe it until she sees it for herself. Even if she did see it with her own eyes, it would probably take a long time to convince her it wasn't her eyes playing tricks on her.
Recently, her boss has given her an important job given down straight from the government. She was given a list of names and files attached to them, not giving too many details, but she was told to track them down and have them arrested as soon as possible. She wonders what all these people could have done, but does her job. She has no idea that these people are the very ones with the superpowers she keeps hearing about.
Role Play Sample (At least 15 sentences):
Terrisa sat at her desk looking through the files given to her. None of this was making any sense. The information was detailed enough, giving nearly every aspect about their life from childhood up, but there were no crimes listed, noting saying what they had done to deserve to be arrested. She was confused and would have to ask her boss about it sometime.
"Agent Seismore." Speaking of the devil...Terrisa looked up and saw her boss handing her yet another file. "This goes with the ones I gave you. We don't know if she's here or not, so I want you to keep an eye out for her." She took the file and opened it, looking at the information.
"Katherine Austen," she read out loud, "As of one hour ago, last known location..." She stared at it. There had to be something wrong with the information. "Indianapolis? Boss, there's no way she could be here by now. Any flight coming from there takes way longer than one hour to get here."
"I know," he said, looking a little uncomfortable about that, "I'm just giving you a heads up. No one knows where she's gone. She hasn't gotten on any logged flight." Terrisa shook her head incredulously. Her boss had to be playing some sort of joke on her. She looked up to say something else, but he was gone, leaving her with her huge stack of files.
